Hi. I know this is an old post, but found it when looking for raw food recipes. This one sounds tasty. I don't want to sound too dumb, but what is celery j? Is it celery juice? BTW, I enjoyed reading your blog and love Korean food, when I can find a vegan recipe. Thanks.
Valerie
Hey Valerie,
I am glad you found my blog and you are correct it is juice. I can never find any so I really sub in anything, water, carrot juice etc. Let me know how it turned out for you and I will be working on posting more Korean recipes :)
Hi there, I just came across your recipe doing a search for a raw nut loaf. 3 questions re: Raw Nut Loaf. Do you soak nuts and seeds? Is Millet and flax seed two separate things? If you use carrot juice for liquid does loaf taste sweeter? Thanks.

hi gullah gal...
the nuts and seeds do not get soaked, they blend up nice and easy and the powderiness of them makes less mess. Millet and flax are seperate but that is all i could purchase at the time, when i make it now i just use flax seed. And I think carrot juice would be sweeter but i often use a sweeter juice and still love it. sometimes i will ass a bit of salt and extra salt to counter it. Hope that helps, let me know if you like it.
:)
