I was sitting there enjoying my breakfast I made for dinner. I love dinner breakfasts or breakfast dinners. Ahem, but yes, eating and reflecting. Reflecting on all that I have on the go and how the pile seems to be growing rather then flowing. It seems I have scared myself into an idle state because I am dwelling on what needs to be done rather then getting it done. A wise owl has said to me, "just pick one thing on your list and do it, don't think about the other things." So, here I am, taking half of the advise and posting a post I have been meaning to post for the past two months, but still dwelling in the ramblings above. But, lets not worry about that. We'll sweep that previous spewing of words under the carpet and continue on our merry way.</span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">After I dwelled, I was thinking about all that is great in my life. The wonderful people I am surrounded by, my art, my kitchen (even if it is a loaner). And even though I have been idle and quiet on here I have still been creating. Below are a mouthful of eats to be ogled. But first a little limerick:</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">There once was a man from Nantucket</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">(haha, just kidding)</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">The real one:</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">I tried very hard to be veg,</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">I even called my vegan friend reg</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">but we ended up at dawn</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">sitting on my lawn</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">and nibbling on my front hedge.</span></div><div><br /></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: 13px;">That is for anyone finding it hard making the switch full time or part time. Lay a leaf of lettuce on the wrap followed by the bean/rice mixture, roasted veggies, guac and bbq sauce. Fold the top and the bottom up and then roll the sides over. I am going to try my best to make it to 20 posts this month and to keep up with awesome mofoing madness but I just found out hindering news. I was supposed to be heading back home to Canada at the end of November with every intention to return in January, but in the last couple of days everything has changed. I will not be returning and the date to leave has been moved up to early November. I won't get into the details of why, but I will say it was a matter of principle. I am sad about this of course and I am going to miss all of the wonderful people that I have grown to adore but am certain we will keep in touch and carry on a lasting friendship even with distance. Everything happens for a reason though. I have no idea where the winds will take me but I am very excited to find out. Anywho, what all this means is I have a whole lot to do and people to see before I go and I have to jam it all into a short time. Wish me luck and I apologize again in advance if I do not get around to seeing all your lovely posts. Choose between locally grown or organic, which do you usually choose?<br />I'd say local first since I just finished having a conversation about the amount of gasoline that goes into transporting food. Local organic though, I think takes the cake.</span></span></span></span></div><div class="post-body entry-content" style="border-top-style: dotted; border-right-style: dotted; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-left-style: dotted; border-top-color: rgb(201, 64, 147); border-right-color: rgb(201, 64, 147); border-left-color: rgb(201, 64, 147); border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 1px; border-left-width: 1px; border-bottom-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); padding-top: 10px; padding-right: 14px; padding-bottom: 1px; padding-left: 29px; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; margin-left: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family:georgia;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;">2. Favorite way to prepare potatoes:<br />I like em all, but if I have to pick I would go with mashed. You can build houses.<br /><br />3. Do you press your tofu before preparing/cooking it (if you eat soy)?<br />Um, almost never, but I consider it.<br /><br />4. Name your favorite recipe that is a tradition in your family:<br />Hmm...Grandma's Apple Cake and there are too many that my mom makes to list.<br /><br />5. Any food allergies?<br />Luckily no.<br /><br />6. When you want to go to a fancy dinner, where do you go?<br />Since going vegan and moving to Korea shortly there after, I will need more time once home to establish that.<br /><br />7. When you have a cold, what do you crave?<br />If I am craving food at all, I most certainly want comfort food. (Breads, pasta, soup etc.)<br /><br />8. What kind of water do you drink? (Filtered, spring, tap, etc.)<br />Filtered or bottled.<br /><br />9. Name a flavor of soda you'd love to see:<br />Pina Coloda, I have tried pineapple so why not throw coconut in there too. Diet though, not a fan of sugar pop.<br /><br />10. If the recipes you ate as a child were compiled into a cookbook, what would the title be?<br />Mom's Home Cooking.....Like I mentioned above she made a lot of awesome food and still does.<br /><br />11. If you were allowed to grow one food that can't grow in your climate, what would it be?<br />Coconut or Cacao.<br /><br />12. Favorite type of mushroom?<br />I love all mushrooms, but I have been without portobello here and it hurts.<br /><br />13. Most frustrating part of your kitchen?<br />NO OVEN (*sobs in corner*).<br /><br />14. Last food you burned?<br />Hahaha...my lentil soup from last night....will post with the option to burn or not.<br /><br />15. Usual response to a veg*n's favorite question, "But where do you get your protein?":<br />Tofu, soy anything, dark leafies, beans, legumes, nuts, etc. Followed by, you'd be surprised with how much protein is found in non meat sources.<br /><br />16. If you were baking your own birthday cake today, what flavor would it be?<br />Mmmm, can I trade it in for pumpkin pie or apple crisp? But, if not I think I would make a carrot cake loaded with nuts and pineapple and coconut. Ooooo, or ice cream cake, i just thought of that one...yup, ice cream cake it is.<br /><br />17. Favorite brand of chocolate chips?<br />Do not have a brand in mind, I am just happy if it is milkless.<br /><br />18. You have $200 of your tax return reserved for Williams Sonoma- What do you buy?<br />After quickly peeking at the site, I would have to say a kitchen aid blender. I need a good blender.<br /><br />19. Do you plan your menus in advance? Any tips to share?<br />Sometimes, when I want to make a certain something. No tips really, just a lot of internet searches for what I am thinking and a grocery list.<br /><br />20. You have 3 minutes before you have to leave the house and you're starving- What do you eat?<br />Open fridge or cupboards and grab what catches my eye (e.g. fruit, nuts, cold left overs, slice of bread).<br /><br />21. If Martha Stewart, Paula Deen, and Rachel Ray got into a fight, who would win?<br />I am so bad with T.V. thingies. (*Insert my friends making fun of my pop culture knowledge*)<br /><br />22. If you eat oatmeal, what do you add to it before serving?<br />Cinnamon, dried or fresh fruit, coconut and some form of sweetener. My favorite for a while, when I still had a stash of oatmeal, was banana, coconut and some sugar topped with soy milk. (I cannot buy oatmeal in my city and must stalk up when I go to a big city foreign food mart).<br /><br />23. If you got to travel to one country and learn all the traditional dishes there, where would you go (ignore commitments in your current place of residence)?<br />I would say vietnam because I love vietnamese food and I really want to go to Hanoi. But if a situation like this were to arise, I would like to go somewhere I had little knowledge of to learn completely new things.<br /><br />24. Favorite late night snack?<br />Depends how hungry I am, but usually popcorn.<br /><br />25. Favorite springtime food?<br />Spring rolls :)</span></span></span></span></div><div class="post-body entry-content" style="border-top-style: dotted; border-right-style: dotted; border-bottom-style: dotted; border-left-style: dotted; border-top-color: rgb(201, 64, 147); border-right-color: rgb(201, 64, 147); border-left-color: rgb(201, 64, 147); border-top-width: 0px; border-right-width: 1px; border-left-width: 1px; border-bottom-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); padding-top: 10px; padding-right: 14px; padding-bottom: 1px; padding-left: 29px; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 0.75em; margin-left: 0px; border-bottom-width: 0px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family:georgia;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;">26. Favorite food-related magazine?<br />Any Veg one I can get my hands on right now.<br /><br />27. Which do you prefer: shoyu, tamari, conventional soy sauce, or Bragg's Aminos?<br />Mmm, tamari. I have yet to try Bragg's though.<br /><br />28. What vegetable or fruit do you dislike the most?<br />For some reason cooked green peppers do not make my taste buds happy, but if they are cooked in something it is fine. The cake is made up entirely of deok, which is korean rice cake (glutinous rice powder mixed with a variety of different ingredients and then steamed to perfection). The separate pieces come apart and you eat it like that, rather than in slices. If you do not want to use this nut mayo recipe you can use this <a href="http://myveganspoons.blogspot.com/2008/06/my-mocktastic-chicken-salad.html">mayo</a> I have posted with my mock chicken salad, or any vegan mayo you desire.</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">Combine 'tuna' and 'mayo' with choice of add ins and eat, eat, eat. I like in on bread with lettuce, on rice cakes (as seen in the pics) or in a mock tuna roll. I will be posting pictures of that sometime in the future. Yet, if you want to try it out sooner, just grab some nori and line it with lettuce (can use rice), lay the tuna salad on the lettuce and roll like veggie sushi. The way i like to make mine is by cutting the nori into four smaller squares, adding lettuce and roll into little cones. This is great for party appetizers and the flavor is more fishy due to the nori.</span></div><div><br /></div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 238); "><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhV-k5RYFF4PssunEdYAoHK7qRZh2bPxuE7RDX0JeC9rn1XxOGq81F_FflhnM1eCVwdDs7900mQoUqtW5RcH3nU9VVMV_jYIvCrLB7H24gGCukQJKXZfp3mxXpC1zSDltMtXnNpxGuTQwg/s400/tuna+salad+3" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5255194072035809666" style="display: block; margin-top: 0px; margin-right: auto; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: auto; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; " /></span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style=" ;font-size:13px;">Mmmm, I just remembered my momski used to make macaroni tuna salad. I, at first thought giant garlic, second guessed myself and sent the image to my mom for help and she thinks onion. Any ideas to throw at me? It is out drying if that helps. Probably is onion though, moms have that tendency to be right. Here is Mom's opinion (she wanted me to be clear about opinion because she is not an expert) and I am sold: "I<span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height: 16px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"> believe that is a picture of alot of onions, not garlic. The skin looks like onion and if it is garlic, korea grows some huge garlic. </span></span>They pulled the onions out the the ground and looks like they washed the dirt away and put on the cement to dry the moisture (if you put them away wet they will rot). I haven't had this bad boy in sooo long. So, when I purchased the <a href="http://books.google.com/books?hl=en&id=6rTPl_JTVrUC&dq=the+ultimate+uncheese&printsec=frontcover&source=web&ots=8KlQdQi8A3&sig=-cZZjJm08l5AZ7Xt6Gekp8_1o0A&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=3&ct=result#PPA227,M1">The Ultimate Uncheese Cookbook</a> (you get a little sample of it <a href="http://books.google.com/books?hl=en&id=6rTPl_JTVrUC&dq=the+ultimate+uncheese&printsec=frontcover&source=web&ots=8KlQdQi8A3&sig=-cZZjJm08l5AZ7Xt6Gekp8_1o0A&sa=X&oi=book_result&resnum=3&ct=result#PPA227,M1">here</a>) and made the colby cheese from it, I knew what I would be making. And I must say it was pretty superb, even though my uncheese making skills have not been perfected. The cheese turned into more of a spread than the block it should have been and was very mustardy. I didn't have onion powder or dry mustard so I tried regular mustard to compensate, being the brilliant genius I am, using wet to replace dry, hence the spread like quality. But, all in all, it fulfilled my craving. </span></div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgo8bvsPpDXeoRvqNEbUvsHz3yOHP24BGtLTs0D_TgCIYoK0tjz57xsy9n4u3IpK_rGIVne8k5h8Q-4Qhy5DtzCFddG_Vl9-1_xK-Z307wZnxWen0nT_RQgsltK9xX1kZkLPoueKOQJ1nM/s1600-h/soup+3"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgo8bvsPpDXeoRvqNEbUvsHz3yOHP24BGtLTs0D_TgCIYoK0tjz57xsy9n4u3IpK_rGIVne8k5h8Q-4Qhy5DtzCFddG_Vl9-1_xK-Z307wZnxWen0nT_RQgsltK9xX1kZkLPoueKOQJ1nM/s400/soup+3" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5247004129620559858" /></a><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">Pictured with this fine sandwich is a variation of the </span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 20px; "><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"><a href="http://myveganspoons.blogspot.com/2008/07/soupathon-is-on.html">Classily Classic Tomato Soup</a></span></span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"> I made. My well used, aged, little camera has given up on life and is rolling around in his death bed in pain. I am going to try the hospital and I have a beautiful new camera coming for my birthday, but I will not get to fondle her until I am back in Canada for a visit in 2 months. So, in the mean time I hope to fix my little dude and/or borrow a friends camera for posting. I have a couple items still waiting to be posted as well, so i will swing them out soon. I do wish I had a camera on hand since I still have been making all sorts of goodness, chickpea cutlets, microwave pumpkin bread, mock tuna rolls, to name a few. I wil be posting the mock tuna soon, but not in roll form. That will have to wait until new camera time. They also put dry cereal in this variation. Kristin got hers with green tea ice cream but admitted she liked mine more. You start by getting the rice served in the lower left corner pot. You empty out most of the rice in a separate bowl (lower right) except what gets stuck to the pot, then you fill the hot pot up with rice water and set aside. You eat the "rice soup" last as a sort of dessert. For the rest you take a leaf of some variety (my fav is the boiled cabbage) and you put some rice in it with bean paste and whatever side is vegan friendly and eat. I frequent this place and the ladies are so sweet they make me a separate non seafood soup. It is a type of doen jang chigae that i posted earlier and it rocks. I put the bulky part of the soup in the leaf wrap too. It is awesome. (You may be able to see some fish further back in the photo, please ignore, for it was not apart of my meal)<br /></span><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2HGFxR8WfNP2B7KcHlLlppCFF-1B04gt0kTrsq7PiJFMx3fPPGptz4v13oVOksVsF_LWUJQ__Y936KxbaVdO9GofVkLH2MST-tiLDFTxbQTXIR9PzxWgdFB_rvl-ARWhOWnNU0QZIde8/s1600-h/spicy+noodle"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi2HGFxR8WfNP2B7KcHlLlppCFF-1B04gt0kTrsq7PiJFMx3fPPGptz4v13oVOksVsF_LWUJQ__Y936KxbaVdO9GofVkLH2MST-tiLDFTxbQTXIR9PzxWgdFB_rvl-ARWhOWnNU0QZIde8/s400/spicy+noodle" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5232909649169254658" /></a><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">Next up is spicy noodle a.k.a. hangover cure. It is great, a huge pot of homemade noodles with mushrooms, onions and potatoes. Marvelous time, I know, since the sweltering heat of summer is just kicking. But when you want soup, you want soup. The first round is a triathlon of sorts, mainly due to the three soups in this post. The next meet will be held at another date in the near future perhaps when it is a bit cooler. I hope you enjoy.</span></div><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_YLmTFHyNee-ZVJxBvBXys6kqGaDrXb0NafPjpfo5dYSVOXbdefNPFZmSsFgnC6b3qSGHJ9twLBtFJ6qQ9NgDVRZmLcUlR5QuXZWzmT89c1Lr7lmQFjOruqeWRu5LJXS-BaNF0dMqGD4/s1600-h/carrot+soup.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi_YLmTFHyNee-ZVJxBvBXys6kqGaDrXb0NafPjpfo5dYSVOXbdefNPFZmSsFgnC6b3qSGHJ9twLBtFJ6qQ9NgDVRZmLcUlR5QuXZWzmT89c1Lr7lmQFjOruqeWRu5LJXS-BaNF0dMqGD4/s400/carrot+soup.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5220310433530367650" /></a><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;">Szechuan Carrot and Sweet Potato Soup</span><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size: small;">2 tbsp. At this point blend in a blender and return to sauce pan. Add peanut butter, hot sauce and remaining soy sauce and cook another 5 to 10 minutes. You may need additional water if you find the consistency to thick. I would probably add more next time to make it soupier, as you can tell by the photos, quite thick, but lovely. You can top it with some chopped cashews or peanuts. Ideally, I would have topped it with vegan sour cream but I do not have any and have not found a good way to make it here yet. It will make you soup thicker as it cooks. Drop in the next five ingredients in and cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add tom paste and basil, cook two more minutes. Then add the chopped tomatoes, water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook another 10 to 15 minutes until all veggies are quite soft (especially if blending). Next, add the soy milk and cook 3 minutes longer. Now it is time for the blend and return to the pot on low heat. Here is where you make the gastrique, which is just caramelizing the sugar with the vinegar until syrup like. Pour into the soup. Stir and eat. I found the gastrique really kicked the soup up a few notches from damn good to amazing. I hope it makes your tummy happy. </span></div><div><br /></div>...barbara...http://www.blogger.com/profile/07084387224910367146noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-691373990256915573.post-76744106300773826012008-07-01T07:33:00.000-07:002008-07-11T11:11:32.527-07:00Wrap Attack<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh39q52FkLA4UOET0Q1Uk87ShuK3pR3_ING6CEFRgvNDkbGiq7qzzWbwNioqk8vVcl_lHLE7CQCP0vdqMdQNeCSTVkyBWCpRWKny8er4GpaTaYfO8hrJuGoum8AzQ5fzl-s_srFG6QJcqA/s1600-h/wheat+wraps3.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh39q52FkLA4UOET0Q1Uk87ShuK3pR3_ING6CEFRgvNDkbGiq7qzzWbwNioqk8vVcl_lHLE7CQCP0vdqMdQNeCSTVkyBWCpRWKny8er4GpaTaYfO8hrJuGoum8AzQ5fzl-s_srFG6QJcqA/s400/wheat+wraps3.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5218062274184382626" /></a><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkMyJ9cUUITZ52PyuV8YEzdzFxxE4FglReddZ-d1WWWsujs1vYOSUoLFpBGLSVJqts2MQKbdvqAiGov-Rg7L8IGJPu11pfQ4eDS_oNIf4LB0CAa2WL63zhaJGFjYruNBJZ2LDObmAEw0k/s1600-h/wheat+wraps.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjkMyJ9cUUITZ52PyuV8YEzdzFxxE4FglReddZ-d1WWWsujs1vYOSUoLFpBGLSVJqts2MQKbdvqAiGov-Rg7L8IGJPu11pfQ4eDS_oNIf4LB0CAa2WL63zhaJGFjYruNBJZ2LDObmAEw0k/s400/wheat+wraps.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5218062287401303250" /></a><br /><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">One thing i have been missing has been a nice veggie wrap. Being wrapless, I needed to fix this. I found this recipe at </span><a href="http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Whole-Wheat-Wraps/Detail.aspx"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">allrecipes</span></a><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">:</span><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"><br /></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">Whole Wheat Wraps</span></span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"> </span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">4 c. Salt</span></div><div style="text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">1/4 tsp. Warm water</span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"><br /></span></div><div><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">Mix dry. Then add the water, add additional water a tbsp. at a time until you have a nice pliable dough. (Warning: You probably will need extra water). Knead your dough on a lightly floured surface. Separate dough into 16 equal sized dough balls. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes. Next you will roll the balls, thick or thin, which ever you like, on a well floured surface. Make sure your balls are well floured too. You will soon be balless. You can stack on a plate separating the wraps with wax paper. I did not have wax so I used extra flour so they would not stick and that worked too, just powderier. All you have to do now is a heat an ungreased skillet up on med-high heat and warm either side for 20 to 30 seconds. Place immediately into a ziplock baggy to lock in moisture and steam. Then Viola. You are done. They are not the most flavorful plain but filled they will make dreams come true. Well, mine anyhow. I also discovered that if you leave them in the pan because you have an attention span off a kitty on catnip, they make great chips.</span><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;"> </span></div>...barbara...http://www.blogger.com/profile/07084387224910367146noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-691373990256915573.post-41538113766968326542008-06-30T10:11:00.000-07:002008-06-30T10:57:06.621-07:00Losing My Seitan Making Virginity<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8Iwi9h9VOWJa83znLzUOKDDTDyl8wC2S3d5YBcxO9B1pqk-r1kg7V1j-HU4St53jtGkyFtv-5dFO7GDKtRiJ8LUokQTiIQnPgBpyOKg8IACHI7Rf710kfJyhV29zpaOu0KaVODnWBZp0/s1600-h/seitan.jpg"><img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh8Iwi9h9VOWJa83znLzUOKDDTDyl8wC2S3d5YBcxO9B1pqk-r1kg7V1j-HU4St53jtGkyFtv-5dFO7GDKtRiJ8LUokQTiIQnPgBpyOKg8IACHI7Rf710kfJyhV29zpaOu0KaVODnWBZp0/s400/seitan.jpg" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5217724469831047186" /></a><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-size:small;">I was so excited to find wheat gluten at me grocery store and decided I must try making my own fake meatery.
